Got to be the greatest rider of all time when you look at his individual honours, team honours, complete focus/dedication and the length of time he rode for!
I only saw him ride in the early 80's when he was far past his best although he could still maintain a 8pt average in the British League for Exeter in 1984 when only riding part time and over 44 years old!
